Location: Hyndburn, Lancashire.
Compensation: £13.50 per hour.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 15:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Demonstrate confidence in implementing various behavior management techniques.
- · Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances, adjusting strategies as needed.
- · Cultivate positive relationships with students.
- · Ensure a safe and tranquil learning atmosphere to engage students effectively.
- · Assist children in understanding their emotions to enhance their self-esteem and resilience.
- · Collaborate with other professionals to prioritize the child's developmental needs.
- · Identify learning gaps in students and communicate findings to parents and the Class Teacher.
Qualifications:
- · Relevant degree or practical experience in supporting children with SEN/SEMH needs.
- · Enhanced Child DBS on the update service.
- An enthusiastic demeanor and a willingness to learn.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and ensuring the safety of students.
- · Level 2 or higher Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

All quoted pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.
