About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Coach to join our team in the Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to our Retail Apprentices, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of our Retail Apprentices.
  • Assess and coach apprentices to identify areas for improvement and provide personalized feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement training strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our apprentices, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on apprenticeships and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in training delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
