Job Opportunity at St Martins Housing Trust

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Dibden Road, a 23-bed hostel providing support to men at risk of social exclusion.

The successful candidate will work 38 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays, to support our residents in establishing their housing pathway into independent living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to residents to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively with the hostel team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies to access resources and services for residents.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults and individuals at risk of social exclusion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
