Our primary goal is to provide personalized, independent financial advice tailored to each client's unique needs. As a Wealth Manager, you will assist individual clients in managing their financial affairs. With licenses in multiple jurisdictions, deVere Group enables cross-border financial planning and offers access to cutting-edge industry technologies to enhance client support. You will oversee various aspects of clients' wealth, demonstrating a genuine interest in their financial well-being.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing a client base focused on wealth management (B2C).
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, fostering strong, trusting relationships, and maintaining open lines of communication through a personalized advisory approach.
  • Increasing assets under management (AUM) by identifying clients' financial needs and uncovering additional opportunities.
  • Conducting comprehensive reviews to assess clients' personal and financial requirements, delivering customized wealth management solutions.
  • Providing needs-based solutions through effective communication and influence.
  • Continuously gathering information to evaluate potential impacts, risks, and opportunities for clients.
  • Analyzing global markets and clients' situations to select the most suitable products and services, leveraging our licenses across various locations.
  • Offering a comprehensive range of products and services, including:
    • Lump Sum Investments
    • Fixed-Income Products
    • Global Funds, including Equity, VC, ESG
    • Regular Savings Plans
    • Portfolio Bonds
    • International Pension Planning
    • Fintech Solutions
  • Staying informed and compliant with all relevant legislative, financial, procedural, and quality standards.
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong service orientation with excellent numerical and analytical abilities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • UK level 4 advisory qualification or a commitment to achieving this standard.
  • Prior experience managing high-net-worth clients is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with lump sum investments, offshore investments, fintech, bonds, or pension products is a plus.
  • A trustworthy, financially astute, and professional team player dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
  • Sound judgment and attention to detail to effectively analyze investment risks.
  • A proven sales record is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ambition, a drive for success, and a target-oriented mindset are essential.
