Financial Planning Manager (3 Months Contract)

Lusona Consultancy (Group) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join their finance team on a 3-month fixed term contract basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the Finance Director.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial systems and management accounting skills, with the ability to create a Management Information System and generate weekly and monthly financial reports. You will also be responsible for setting up a budgetary control system and preparing the management accounts pack.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial planning and analysis tools and systems.
  • Providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborating with the Finance Director to develop and implement financial planning and budgeting strategies.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Supporting with ad hoc projects and cost analysis.

This role is suitable for a qualified accountant (CIMA or equivalent) with excellent financial systems skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong Microsoft Excel and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful analysis.
