About the Role

Fram Search is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Management
    • Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, expanding our client base and increasing revenue.
  • Financial Planning and Advice
    • Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision, and future aims.
    • Analyse information and prepare plans best suited to individual clients' requirements.
    • Research the marketplace and provide clients with information on new and existing products and services.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and development, working closely with the management team to implement strategies.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including other financial institutions and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Chartered status or close to, with a strong background in financial planning and advice.
  • Competent Advisor Status (CAS) or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear recommendations.
