About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality.
  • Get involved in general activities within the care home, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
  • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be required to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
