Typical Working Hours: Shifts generally run from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility necessary to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will:
- Support the maintenance team in preserving the integrity of company buildings and guest accommodations.
- Address maintenance inquiries from guests on-site.

- Complete necessary documentation related to repairs and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the grounds team to uphold the retreat's five-star appearance.

Qualifications:
