Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our UK sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, ensuring timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales quotas, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team success.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports, analyzing key metrics and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven success as a Sales Manager, with a track record of multi-year sales growth and consistent achievement of sales quotas.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience selling DIY services, solutions, or products in an online retail environment, with a strong understanding of the UK market.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, with experience working with SAP Advantage a plus.
