Unit Manager Nights Job Description

Smartcall Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Unit Manager Nights. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Registered Nurse with Unit Manager experience in a care home setting, caring for older people.
  • The successful candidate will have strong management and leadership skills, inspiring less experienced members of staff to deliver excellent care and support.
  • They will have a kind and caring approach, with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for our residents.
  • Experience and passion in supporting and developing less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will work well within the team, leading, guiding, supporting, and teaching junior staff members, and acting as a role model in delivering care based on best practice.
