Job Title: Clinical Night Unit Manager

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Night Unit Manager to join our team at a leading nursing home in Herefordshire.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Night Unit Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing high standards of resident care within the unit environment. You will lead a team of nursing staff and provide clinical leadership, positive role modeling, and effective communication across the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and promote high standards of resident care
  • Lead on formal care reviews with commissioning Trust
  • Ensure all care records, risk assessments, and audit measures are up-to-date and integral to patient care
  • Develop and implement care plans with residents and nursing staff
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
  • Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services
