Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Unit Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Unit Manager to join our team at a leading nursing home in Herefordshire. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing high standards of resident care within the unit environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and positive role modeling to the unit team, ensuring effective communication across the multidisciplinary team.
  • Lead on formal care reviews with commissioning Trust and ensure all care records, risk assessments, and audit measures are up-to-date.
  • Ensure nursing staff provide high-quality care plans and document resident progress against these plans.
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
  • Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services.
