Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Broker to join our team at Lawes Consulting Group. As a Commercial Broker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service and maintain quality control to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Documentation Management: Review and distribute documentation to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of essential clients and address their needs to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks such as renewals, adjustments, invoicing, and addressing client inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years commercial insurance experience.
  • Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the commercial insurance market.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products including property, motor, EL, PL, commercial combined, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency and confidence in dealing with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Teamwork: Ability and flexibility to work as part of a team.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with insurers.
  • Acturis Experience: Experience of Acturis preferred but not essential.
