Technical Development Agronomy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Development Agronomy Manager to join our team at De Lacy Executive. As a key figure in the business, you will work closely with the Research and Development Manager, trials and commercial teams to drive business growth and increase the technical skillset of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and build a portfolio of farming customers, providing agronomic advice, sales and support on fertilisers and bio stimulants.
  • Prepare and implement technical development plans, ensuring the product range is at the forefront of technology.
  • Deliver technical training, internally and externally, including speaking at events, conferences and exhibitions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in agronomy and technical development.
  • Strong understanding of fertilisers and bio stimulants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
