About the Role

  • As a Senior Operations Business Analyst/PMO, you will be responsible for optimizing the Business Operations function by delivering activities and projects that support the efficient achievement of the company's strategy and objectives.
  • You will work closely with the Defence Business Unit to communicate its strategy, report progress, and measure outcomes in achieving long-term customer success and growth.
  • You will define and control processes to proactively meet the demands of the business calendar, ensuring the Defence Business Unit meets the reporting demands placed upon it throughout the year.
  • You will deliver the collation, preparation, and delivery of Business Unit operational performance information and analytics.
  • You will control the Business Unit Continuous Improvement process, ensuring progress is reported for all approved CI initiatives.
  • You will coordinate all engagement between the Defence Business Unit and other enabling directorates across the business, ensuring the Defence Business Unit is supported in delivering against their strategic and operational commitments.
  • You will support resource management through strategic workforce and long-term capacity planning Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Business Operations processes through requirement definition, solution development, process documentation, rollout, and benefits realization.
  • Utilize Microsoft Power Platform applications to enhance PMO services.

Requirements

  • Experience in driving the development of Business Operations processes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications.
