Turner & Townsend Group is seeking a seasoned professional to join our expanding Healthcare team as an Associate/Project Director. This role will be based in our Birmingham office and will play a crucial part in delivering high-value healthcare schemes across the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a cost management team on major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes.
- Establish and maintain high standards of quality and performance across project delivery.
- Utilize our proprietary digital cost management tools to optimize cost performance at every stage of projects.
- Analyze and test budgets using our Benchmarking app, leveraging a reliable pool of national data.
- Provide clients with informed insights on future cost trends through the analytical capabilities of our Hive digital applications.
- Advise clients on procurement and contract strategies to ensure optimal project outcomes.
- Degree or HNC level qualification in a relevant field.
- Professional qualification (RICS or similar).
- Leadership experience within the property and real estate sector, preferably in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
