We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Birmingham. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading Project Management Commissions, ensuring client objectives are met, and delivering projects to time and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
- Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
- Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems.
- Project planning, including ensuring the production of detailed project plans.
- Advising on the procurement of resources.
- Leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams.
- Monitoring and applying performance management techniques.
- Managing change control processes.
- Monitoring and advising on project finances.
- Managing project information flow between teams and clients.
- Ensuring the production of formal project progress reports.
- Interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with Associate Directors and Directors to construct bids for new work.
- Attend client pitches with Assistant Directors and Directors.
- Ensure project case study, photograph, and project CV files are up to date.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve project management products and services.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
