About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Careline Support Ltd. As a key member of our call handling team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our retired homeowners, responding to a variety of situations, and ensuring that our customers receive a safe and secure lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take incoming calls from retired homeowners, responding to emergencies, fire panel alarms, security entry calls, and providing a friendly voice.
  • Log each call in our CRM system to ensure accurate and detailed information.
  • Remain alert and available for the next customer, providing a flexible and responsive approach.
Requirements
  • At least one year's experience as a telephone-based customer advisor.
  • Extensive customer service experience, for example, from retail, hospitality, or care sector.
  • Great listening and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm in a crisis.
  • A high standard of written and spoken English and good IT skills.
