Today, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty continues to achieve remarkable milestones across various markets, channels, and categories, experiencing rapid growth.
Over the past decade, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty has seen exceptional expansion and is among the most discussed brands in the beauty sector and beyond. It has become a global phenomenon, operating in over 50 markets with a dedicated team of more than 2,300 employees who contribute to our success.

As we continue to grow, we seek extraordinary talent to join our journey and help realize our ambitious goals.
The Role
As a pivotal operational position within a rapidly growing luxury beauty brand, the Supply Planning Manager is tasked with building a top-tier Supply Planning team and implementing superior processes.
This role oversees the Rework aspect of the Supply Planning Function, ensuring we achieve optimal customer service levels through effective planning of work-in-progress and packaging procurement, timely contract packing, and swift distribution of goods to various regions. Success in this role is achieved through close collaboration with team members, supply partners, and regional customers to establish a seamless end-to-end supply chain that supports Charlotte Tilbury's rapid growth.
The Supply Chain team at Charlotte Tilbury has undergone significant transformation since 2020, with expanded responsibilities and a reorganization of tasks across sub-teams. In the near future, CT plans to introduce a Supply Planning tool. In preparation for this transition, functions currently rely heavily on manual processes and MS Excel analysis. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating this existing environment while leading the Rework Planning team through a significant transformation as new systems are integrated.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the Charlotte Tilbury Supply Chain strategy. Being part of this transformative journey for the Planning functions offers a valuable development opportunity for the right individual. The rewards of guiding the team through this change are substantial, but this role presents considerable challenges. The right candidate will be proactive, resilient, able to prioritize effectively, and capable of building strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organization. Key stakeholders include Technology, New Product Development, e-commerce, Quality Assurance, and our Supply Chain teams based in multiple global offices.
As a Senior Supply Planning Manager, you will:
- Lead the Rework Planning team
- Oversee the stock position across Charlotte Tilbury's global distribution network
- Translate the demand plan into a practical supply plan
- Manage purchasing in accordance with the established supply plan
- Handle day-to-day supplier management to fulfill business needs, including expediting goods when necessary

- Manage financial reporting related to stock position, stock projections, Rework costs, and budget across the planning horizon
- Communicate risks and opportunities concerning stock profiles
- Support systems development within the Supply Planning Function
- Conduct supplier reviews with key Rework suppliers
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to the Global Supply Planning Director
- Direct reports in the same location covering Rework planning
About You

- CIPS/APICS certification is desirable
- Demonstrate strong people management capabilities
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Be an advanced user of Excel
- Display accuracy and attention to detail to identify and challenge errors
- Possess proven analytical skills to produce, interpret, and present data effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful in ambiguous situations
