We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible outcome in the event of a claim.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of policyholder's write-off claims through to settlement.
- Communicate with customers through verbal and written means to discuss their options following a vehicle being deemed a write-off.
- Negotiate the valuation of vehicles and provide customers with the right information to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Validate claims and policies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping, reserves, and a proactive diary system to ensure timely case reviews.
- Achieve departmental and business targets by providing excellent customer service and meeting key performance indicators.
- Outstanding customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Proactive approach to work with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
- Natural ability to lead conversations and handle objections.
