About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ba&sh. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in the management of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer service excellence.
