Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and lead your team to deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless store operations, including managing inventory, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive performance improvement.
  • Business Growth: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including managing promotions, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Store Image: Maintain a high level of store image, including ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
