About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Director of Science to join our team at Ark Boulton Academy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving academic excellence and raising attainment in Science.

As Deputy Director, you will be responsible for designing and delivering an engaging and challenging curriculum that inspires children to appreciate Science. You will also demonstrate high-quality teaching that ensures all students achieve results in line with, or better than, key stage and other value-added predictions.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about Science education and has a proven track record of improving standards and achieving excellence. You will be an effective and systematic behaviour manager, with a genuine passion for the potential of every student.
