Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Sales and Retention Manager to join our team at Love Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day sales and retention efforts throughout our club.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all sales efforts via inreach and outreach initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and providing accurate information to prospective members
- Conduct tours and gym inductions to showcase our facilities and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing members to increase retention and referral business
- Collaborate with our marketing team to support sales strategies, KPIs, and initiatives
- Plan and execute marketing and member events to drive engagement and sales
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system
- Be the primary point of contact for member inquiries and concerns
- Develop and execute corporate and membership deals to drive revenue growth
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry
- Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification
