Position Overview
As a Forensic Nurse Specialist, you will be an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, conducting assessments and gathering evidence that are crucial for legal proceedings. Our specialists play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and maintaining evidential integrity for individuals of all ages who have encountered sexual violence.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive starting salary of £42,000 per annum, with the potential to increase to £45,000 upon completion of specific qualifications and training. Our benefits include:
- 6 weeks of annual leave, alongside flexible working arrangements and the option for unlimited unpaid leave for extended breaks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough, forensic clinical evaluations for individuals who have experienced sexual assault, with a keen attention to detail.
- Engage with clients sensitively, ensuring a trauma-informed approach that supports both self-referrals and police referrals.
- Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality in all documentation and evidence management.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized management plans that address their unique needs.
- Provide expert testimony in court, contributing to the integrity of legal processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development as part of our Novice to Expert program.
- Lead initiatives, mentor colleagues, and engage in programs aimed at enhancing professional skills and service delivery.
