Global Head of Online Trading

KJ Talent & Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Online Trading to join our client's innovative beauty brand in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of the online trading strategy for the.com platform, driving revenue growth and customer experience across web, mobile web, and app channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ecommerce trading team to drive on-site revenue in line with business objectives.
  • Oversee the trading calendar and objectives for UK, INTL, and US websites.
  • Monitor key metrics, analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities on site.
  • Manage the ecommerce budget, forecast revenue and expenses in line with internal finance timelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and design leads to ensure an optimised customer journey and correct functionality across all sites.

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience as an eCommerce Trading Manager in a direct-to-consumer eCommerce brand, ideally with experience across the UK and USA.
  • Fully operational experience of Salesforce with technical capability.
  • Working knowledge of demand creation and optimisation of inbound traffic channels from Organic, Earned, Paid Media & CRM.
  • Able to work in a high-performance environment and deliver against challenging deadlines.
