About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relief Chef to join our team at Elior UK. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and support a catering team to deliver exceptional food and customer service.
  • Maintain and control food stocks within budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain effective team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison.
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership ability and experience in a senior chef management role.
  • Genuine interest in customer service excellence and a strong team player.
  • Catering experience with chef skills, with contract catering experience desirable.
