Recruitment Consultant

CTR Construction is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Construction and Engineering Consultants in placing professional and qualified candidates across the South East and UK.
About the RoleAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Learning how to use multiple job boards effectively to maximise applications
- Developing skills in writing and tailoring advertisements specific to client needs
- Conducting searches via our database, incoming applications, job boards, and online tools
- Building a network of talented candidates to present to market
The role will be predominantly phone-based, working from our Head Office in Canterbury. You will receive comprehensive training from our Directors and Senior team members, with a clear goal and timeline to progress to Consultant and Senior Consultant levels.

RequirementsWe are looking for someone who is totally money-motivated and driven to succeed. Ideally, you will have experience in an office/phone environment, although we will consider anyone with the right attitude and mentality towards earning money. You must have access to your own transport and be within driving distance of Canterbury.
