Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team at ARTO Recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and communicating top talent for our clients' most critical requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter job applicants' CVs and contact details into our company database for future reference
  • Establish a strong network of candidates within your niche market space
  • Sourcing and/or head-hunting candidates for recruitment vacancies
  • Achieve recruitment sales targets and work to deadlines to achieve set sales objectives
  • Manage the candidate experience through the recruitment process; from selling the opportunity through to the offer stage
  • Produce and post job adverts to help attract relevant candidates
  • Produce and post LinkedIn content to help establish your personal and ARTO's brand
