We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial advisors and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth operation of our client bank and pension administration.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial services administration, report writing, and client support. You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing suitability reports using templates
  • Conducting research and analysis
  • Managing investment fund switches and rebalances
  • Supporting regular client reviews and meetings
  • Collating and analyzing management information
  • Developing and maintaining PowerPoint presentations and Office 365 skills
  • Utilizing various research tools and systems
  • Communicating effectively with clients and providers
  • Managing diaries and schedules
  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Performing general office duties and support
