Job Opportunity at Klarent Hospitality

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team at the 4-star Mercure Daventry Court Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for contributing to the production of high-quality food items in accordance with our menu and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food items to the approved standard of presentation.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion and to the highest quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior members of the kitchen team.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to achieve kitchen goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends.
