### Job Summary

At Ultimate Banking, we're seeking a skilled Mortgage Underwriter to join our team. As a key member of our lending team, you'll play a crucial role in assessing and underwriting mortgage applications to ensure compliance with our credit risk policy.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assess and underwrite mortgage applications to ensure all lending complies with our credit risk policy
* Utilize your knowledge of Buy to Let lending, including Limited Company, HMO, and Multi lets
* Develop a good understanding of the mortgage process and work under pressure to tight deadlines
* Manage records and files effectively
* Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively

* Hybrid working pattern: Office based in Milton Keynes on Mondays and Thursdays, with the remaining three days working from home
