About The Role

We are seeking an Associate Analytics and Reporting Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is pivotal in supporting the procurement department by analyzing data, generating insightful reports, and optimizing procurement processes.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the procurement team to identify key performance indicators and develop strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Ensure data accuracy by implementing quality controls and conducting regular audits.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear updates on procurement performance.
  • Analyze data results and offer insights to the procurement team, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with broader organizational goals.
  • Support procurement projects with analytical insights, including market research and supplier evaluations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in procurement analytics.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience in procurement or supply chain analytics is advantageous.
