About The Role
We are seeking an Associate Analytics and Reporting Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is pivotal in supporting the procurement department by analyzing data, generating insightful reports, and optimizing procurement processes.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the procurement team to identify key performance indicators and develop strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Ensure data accuracy by implementing quality controls and conducting regular audits.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear updates on procurement performance.
- Analyze data results and offer insights to the procurement team, identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with broader organizational goals.
- Support procurement projects with analytical insights, including market research and supplier evaluations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in procurement analytics.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large datasets.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in procurement or supply chain analytics is advantageous.
