Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PA / Office Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and business support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support to the management team, including coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Track and manage office supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Assist colleagues as needed, providing support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role, with a strong understanding of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
What We Offer
  • A salary range of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
