- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to creating a positive experience for our visitors and staff.
