Two Rivers Vets is a busy independent mixed veterinary practice with surgeries in Peebles and Biggar. We are looking for an additional part-time receptionist for our Peebles surgery. The practice is well-known for its professional, caring and welcoming attitude, and the successful applicant will be cheerful, friendly, compassionate and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in helping our clients and their pets, a real 'people person'.

A high degree of computer literacy is essential. Previous experience of Robovet would be ideal, though full training on our practice management software will be given. Previous experience of veterinary practice admin including processing insurance claims, invoicing, and managing Pet Health Club memberships would also be a distinct advantage.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and reviewed annually. The practice is Scottish Living Wage Accredited. Annual leave is 30 days per year (including bank holidays). There is a 4% employer pension contribution, and sick and maternity pay policies are in excess of statutory (dependant on length of service).
