The Receptionist will support other members of the front desk team and draw on previous customer-facing experience to help the team achieve service and revenue targets.

The Receptionist will be a confident and effective communicator, who can demonstrate their ability to converse with a wide variety of guests and colleagues at all levels.


The Receptionist's duties will include; check-in and out; effective reservation & event inquiry handling; collating guest service feedback; giving, receiving, and handover of information; accurate billing and posting of revenue; efficient and professional attention to guest & colleague inquiries.


Receptionist Requirements:


Our expectation of you will be that you are able to work on your own using your initiative as well as contribute to the overall success of your team and the Resort.


You must have the following:
Welcoming and professional approach to guests

Passion for exceeding guest expectations, first time, on time, every time

Immaculate presentation standards in all that you do

Experience in similar reception environment preferred though not essential as full training will be given

Excellent communication skills with high standards of literacy, numeracy, and office-based computer systems

Good working knowledge of reservation and rooms management system, preferably Opera PMS is preferred though not essential as full training will be given


As this is 7 day a week operation part-time roles must be available to work a variety of shift patterns that include early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays.

The Receptionist will be joining a fun-loving, hard-working team who excels in first-class standards

Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

Salary:
£9.50 per hour
