The Urology business unit is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to cover the Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and Birmingham area.
The role involves meeting with clinical staff, business, and procurement managers within hospitals to demonstrate the value of Olympus Urology portfolio and grow market share. After-sales support is also a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales opportunities within the territory to successful completion using the Integrated Sales Process.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and regularly update the sales team.
- Represent the organization at face-to-face and virtual exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings.
- Deliver support for new and existing customers across the product portfolio.
- Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions and value propositions.
- Effectively manage the diary to maximize customer interactions and sales activities through the use of CRM.
- Coordinate sales activity across the customer stakeholder group, including regular service delivery review meetings, sales presentations, and clinical face-to-face and virtual meetings.
- Manage sales activity within endoscopy and theatre environments, including service delivery presentations and clinical face-to-face and virtual meetings.
- Proactively use the Integrated Sales Process and relevant selling techniques to progress opportunities.
- Have a robust understanding of the product portfolio within the business unit.
Requirements:
- Ideal degree-level qualification.
- Experience in a field sales environment within the healthcare industry or service solution-based sales sector.
- Full driving license.
- Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed.
- Highly skilled in organizing and planning multiple demands and priorities.
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external and internal customers.
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
- Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
