Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Student Funding Team Leader and Head of Student Funding in providing a high-quality student funding service.
  • Allocate, dispense, and account for student funding awarded by the College and the Scottish Government.
  • Provide high-quality customer-focused assistance for all enquiries to support the delivery of an effective service.
  • Maintain student funding systems and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education to HNC level or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Transferable skills and ability to demonstrate how they will benefit our existing Student Funding team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience of Student Funding/Financial systems.
