About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our team at The Long House. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting our senior chefs and managing your own section during busy service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior chefs in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Manage your own section during busy service, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to our customers
  • Develop and maintain a positive and consistent approach to work, fostering a supportive team environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your culinary skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the success of our kitchen team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals
