Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen crew to deliver dishes that exceed expectations, adhering to our high standards and signature flavors.
  • Innovate and develop dishes that align with our culinary vision, keeping guests engaged and coming back for more.
  • Communicate the food philosophy throughout the venue, ensuring a cohesive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Maintain top-notch kitchen profitability through savvy gross profit management.
  • Nail staff rotas to ensure the right skills are in the right place at the right time.
  • Effectively manage stock and conduct monthly inventory counts.
