About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Vice President, Asset Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and shaping the future of our Research & MDS Statistics function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of statistical strategies to drive decision-making in R&D.
  • Provide senior leadership and management to the RMS groups, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver their objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure statistical integrity across our R&D business.
  • Develop and maintain organizational models to optimize resourcing of the RMS portfolio of work.
  • Satisfy in vivo regulatory obligations across Pharma R&D, ViiV, and Galvani.

Requirements

  • PhD in Statistics with a strong track record of publication in scientific journals.
  • Experience in preclinical statistics, including research and CMC, and early phase/translational clinical development.
  • International reputation in basic and/or applied statistical methodology.
  • Management experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology and/or academia.
  • Experience managing and/or implementing change projects with a record of achievement.
