Compensation Analyst

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategy and ensuring that our compensation practices remain competitive and aligned with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation practices remain competitive and aligned with industry trends.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that drive performance, recognize top talent, and promote equity.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to evaluate and propose job offers using benchmarking tools and internal parity data.
- Support the annual compensation review cycle in Workday, including the preparation of compensation reports, dashboards, and insights for HR and leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations, labor laws, and internal policies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or data analytics.
- Experience with Workday HCM, particularly experience with the Advanced Compensation module.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of compensation fundamentals and terminology.
