Job Opportunity

SCR Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a fantastic residential and supported living service in the Shrewsbury area.

This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality and experience in managing residential and supported living services.

We are looking for a professional who can lead a team and provide excellent care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to provide high-quality care to service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of service users.
  • Ensure the service is run in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a holistic approach to care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification.
  • Experience in managing residential and supported living services.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
