Join Our Team as a Retail Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Farmfoods. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our shop team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the shop team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Take full responsibility for running the shop in the absence of the manager, ensuring that customers are looked after and shop routines are completed.
  • Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the team of retail assistants.
  • Take responsibility for the control of operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
Requirements:
  • A friendly, positive, and hardworking approach to work.
  • To be a 'people person' who finds it easy to get on with everyone and build strong working relationships with colleagues.
  • To be trustworthy and reliable, as you will be an important part of a small team.

  • An hourly pay rate of £12.50 and a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours work per week.
