HR Shared Services Operations Manager

We are seeking a committed and cooperative Operations Manager to lead our HR Shared Services division, playing a vital role in the global support framework for the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide a team of HR and Technical Experts, addressing intricate cases as the primary escalation contact.
  • Enhance team effectiveness to improve service delivery, set performance metrics, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Leverage analytics and insights to tackle workforce challenges, foster ongoing improvements, and elevate service standards.
  • Improve the efficiency of HR systems, execute process enhancements, and manage transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as the Shared Services Lead when required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in coaching and inspiring teams in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, managing complex employee relations cases, and tribunal issues.
  • Demonstrated success in change management and process optimization.
  • Experience in scaling People Shared Services teams on a global scale.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
