We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team at Tayto Group Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production lines operate at optimal levels, maintaining the exceptional quality our customers expect from us.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our engineering and production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Analyse Equipment Performance: Utilize advanced condition monitoring techniques to track machinery health and take proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Develop and Implement Maintenance Schedules: Create and manage maintenance schedules to ensure consistent equipment reliability and optimize production efficiency.
- Lead Reliability-Centered Maintenance Practices: Drive the adoption of reliability-centered maintenance practices across our production process, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and procedures, and lead initiatives to implement changes that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Education: HND or HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Reliability Engineer, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
- Skills: Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies, proficiency in reliability tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and condition monitoring techniques.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and a strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
