Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our thriving commercial department at QED Legal. In this role, you will manage a diverse range of commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and advising clients on contract law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts to safeguard clients' interests.
  • Develop and maintain profitable relationships with clients, third parties, and referrers.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, managing and building positive working relationships.

Requirements:

  • A credible practitioner with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work with a wide range of clients and develop a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Results-driven and committed to providing exceptional service, putting clients' interests first.
