Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in supervising teams, ensuring that all maintenance and operational activities are executed efficiently. Effective people management and performance oversight are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • SSSTS certification is mandatory.
  • Supervise the execution of repairs and voids contracts, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency among team members.
  • Ensure that all supplier and subcontractor work is performed according to provided work sheets and within designated timelines, meeting all contract KPI targets.
  • Communicate with clients, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.
  • Guarantee that all tasks are completed punctually and to a high standard of quality.
  • Meet and exceed client expectations consistently.
  • Ensure all documentation and reports are accurately completed and submitted in accordance with company procedures.
  • Oversee adherence to health and safety protocols on-site.
  • Share responsibility for maintaining a tidy and safe work environment.
  • Complete timesheets, work sheets, and reports as necessary.
  • Participate in inspections as required.
Essential Knowledge:
  • Previous experience in Social Housing is essential.
  • Familiarity with reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects is required.
  • Proficiency in IT is necessary.
