**About You**

We are looking for a well-presented individual ready to embrace a challenging and varied role. Flexibility in working hours and the ability to work independently are essential. You must have excellent interpersonal and management skills, with the ability to motivate our catering staff and ensure outstanding customer service.

Mechanical aptitude is necessary, as the role involves basic maintenance of Honda generators. Previous experience with engines is beneficial. This position is ideal for a chef or hospitality manager seeking a break from night shifts.

**Job Role**
- Drive our company transit van between kiosks, typically visiting three per day.
- Perform minor generator servicing, replenish portable water supplies, and manage waste water disposal.
- Occasionally steam clean the kiosks before opening and after closing.
- Assist catering staff with their duties as needed.
- Inspect kiosks for damage and maintenance issues.
- Ensure staff adherence to company procedures and food hygiene regulations.
- Address and resolve any staff issues.
- Conduct interviews for prospective catering staff.

**Working Hours**
- Our kiosks operate seven days a week.
- You will work on a rotating 5-day schedule that includes weekends (normally every other weekend), including two early starts (5-6am), two normal starts (around 8am), and two late starts (around 10am).
- Expect to work approximately 9 hours per day.
- As a managerial position, you are responsible for managing your own time and ensuring smooth business operations.

**Qualifications**
- Full clean driving license
- Must be over 25 due to insurance requirements
